The Paleo Way
Paleo isn’t a “diet”…it’s guidelines to eating real food! Food that naturally have vitamins and minerals that our body needs to maintain strength and energy. Paleo isn’t about cutting calories, you eat as much real food as you need. Real food includes: meat, fish, eggs, veggies, fruits, healthy oils, nuts and seeds. Even though you’re cutting out wheat and grains, you are not lacking in carbs, you’re just getting them from veggies and fruit.
Even though it was a difficult transition, I feel a pretty drastic change since I’ve been eating Paleo. I have more energy throughout the day, especially during my workouts.
